Everyone is a “writer.” Everyone is an “expert.” But I like to think that being a UVA PhD drop-out (Spanish Lit & Caribbean + Mediterranean Studies was my interdisciplinary jam) turned licensed master aesthetician and now a sommelier-in-training who speaks three languages makes my yapping sort of interesting.
